Craft brewing is more than a trend in the Pacific Northwest. Every city has a craft brewery with it’s own flagship brew that every local knows. Spokane is no exception. While you’re in town check out a brewery that’s nestled in a fun little neighborhood. Offering up a full northwest feel with authentic timbers on the wall and an outdoor bar top made from a floating dock. Perry Street Brewing is family friendly and offers up a rotating tap with at least 9 beers on tap at any given time, along with a list of local wines and non-alcoholic options too. Great for when you’re out beer tasting to help satisfy everyone on your adventure. Try out the local flavors and maybe even find your next favorite brew. The seasonal Kumquat IPA was one of our favorites while we there for this episode.
